Now it’s your turn to

For the woman
who held it all together,

For the woman who held it all together,

Most retreats give you surface inspiration and a few nice memories. You go home rested for a
week…then life crashes back in. That’s not what we’re here for.

At True North Resilience, every retreat is a nervous system reset, the starting point for
rebuilding differently. We combine:
  • Adventure that interrupts survival autopilot
  •  Science-backed regulation tools you can actually use in real life
  •  Safe community where you don’t have to explain your exhaustion

This isn’t escape. This is giving your body a lived experience of safety, rest, and strength, so
when you return home, you don’t just carry memories. You carry a reset nervous system.

Grounded.
Science-backed.
Built for real relief.

What You’ll Walk Away With

Leave with more than rest. Return with a regulated nervous system.

This isn’t a pause button. It’s a pattern interrupt.
When you leave a True North Resilience retreat, you won’t just feel rested, you’ll feel restored at a cellular level.
You’ll walk away:

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to the part of you that was never broken.

This      for you if:

You’re a high-capacity woman who’s quietly unraveling under the weight of “holding it
all.”

You’re looking for a party weekend, group therapy, or a yoga-heavy wellness escape.

You’ve done all the things - therapy, supplements, meditation - but your nervous system still feels braced.

You prefer quick fixes or motivational fluff over somatic, trauma-informed work.

You’re ready to rebuild your resilience: physically, mentally, emotionally, and somatically.

It's probably        for you if...

You’re unwilling to engage in group safety, consent culture, or body-first boundaries.

No outdoor experience required. No performing. No pressure. Just space to reset.

We offer four intimate, seasonal retreats per year — each designed to regulate your body, reconnect you to your inner strength, and reset your nervous system in a way that lasts.

Each one is unique. Each one is application-only.

You’ll find the one your body’s been asking for.

McCall, Idaho

You’re on a snowmobile, riding across a frozen landscape. The sky is winter-clear. Your breath meets pine. And for the first time in months…your mind isn’t spinning. Later, you’ll soak in a steaming backcountry hot spring, surrounded by snowdrifts and silence, while your nervous system does something it hasn’t in years: Rest.

Untamed:
A Desert Reset

April 23–26, 2026

You’re hiking through red rock canyons, sun warm on your shoulders, the quiet steadying your breath. The next afternoon, you’re soaring across sandstone cliffs, wind in your hair, awe replacing adrenaline. Over four days in the red-rock canyons of Moab, you’ll experience what it means to be fully alive and steady, learning to hold energy without bracing, to move without burning out, and to rest without guilt. This isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about returning to it different.

Bozeman, Montana

You’re alongside the Gallatin mountains. The creek hums beside you. The breeze is pine soft. And for the first time in months…your jaw unclenches. Your shoulders drop. Later, you’ll soak in natural hot springs, then sit under Montana stars while your nervous system finally does what it was built for: Regulate. Reclaim. Re-emerge.

I don't know anyone, will I feel out of place?

Most women come alone. And most leave feeling like they’ve finally found women who get it. We use intentional group dynamics, small group sizes (max 12), and trauma-informed design so you never feel forced to share or perform. You’ll be welcomed, not overwhelmed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don't want to share my personal story?

You don’t have to.. Reflection is guided and optional, and you’re always in control of how much you share.

Are the retreats physically intense?

Nope. All activities are scalable and optional. Most activities can be tailored for ability level, and most hikes will be generally easy. You’re never pushed to your edge unless you want to go there.

What if I have dietary needs?

All meals are designed to be anti-inflammatory and nourishing. We accommodate gluten-free in our programming already, and if you have any other dietary restrictions just let us know on your application.

What is included in the price?

Your registration includes:
  •  Lodging
  • All meals (anti-inflammatory, gluten free, dairy free if available)
  • Daily somatic + vagal toning practices
  • Adventure experiences and workshops
  • Ritual of Return™ for integration of tools upon return home

I've done a retreat before and it didn't change anything. How is this different?

This isn’t a temporary high or self-help hype. It’s a nervous system-based reset. We teach you how to identify your stress patterns, regulate your state, and reconnect with your body through actual tools: NEUROFIT™, guided somatic sessions, and real-world neuroscience backed practices. You’ll leave changed because your body will actually know a new way to feel, and you will have real tools to take home with you.

Do I need to have a trauma history to attend?

No. These retreats are for high-achieving women who feel stuck in survival mode, whether that’s stress, burnout, overfunctioning, or emotional shutdown. You don’t need to identify as “traumatized” to benefit. You just need to feel ready to reconnect with your body, your energy, and your deeper self.

What 's Not Included?

While your registration covers nearly everything, here’s what’s not included:
  • Flights to and from the retreat location.  We recommend securing coverage in case of illness, flight disruption, or emergency cancellation.
  • Travel insurance. We recommend securing coverage in case of illness, flight disruption, or emergency cancellation.
  • Optional Add-Ons (if applicable).
  • Personal extras. Snacks, supplements, special drinks, or anything outside of the provided meals.

What If I have to cancel?

Cancellations made 30 days before the retreat start date will incur a 33% cancellation fee based on the total registration cost. After that point, no refunds can be issued due to pre-paid expenses and commitments made on your behalf. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another approved guest with permission from the retreat hosts. We strongly encourage travel insurance to help protect your plans and investment.
