The Regulated Woman: Feminine
Integration Retreat

See Pricing

You’re walking along the edge of Suttle Lake, the air sharp with pine and woodsmoke. Each step crunches over golden needles, your breath slowing to match the rhythm of the water. You can smell the season shifting, earth, cedar, quiet. The next day, you’ll trade stillness for movement, gripping the steering wheel of your ATV as black volcanic sand sprays behind you. Wind in your hair, laughter rising from somewhere deeper than control. The land opens wide, and for the first time in years, the rush doesn’t come from urgency, it comes from freedom. Later you’ll sit by the fire, cheeks flushed from the ride and heart steady in your chest. And somewhere between the pine and the silence, your nervous system will do something it hasn’t in years, rest while you feel alive.

PICTURE THIS:

The capable one.
The woman everyone leans on at work, at home, even in her friendships.

But lately, that steadiness feels more like strain.
Your body is tired of bracing.
Your mind won’t quiet, even when you finally stop.
And the peace you’ve worked so hard to earn still feels just out of reach.

You’re here because something in you knows regulation isn’t rest.
It’s remembering who you are underneath all the holding.

but nowI know how to help!

You’ve spent years being the steady one

Why You’re Here

This      for you if:

You’re a high-capacity woman who’s quietly unraveling under the weight of “holding it
all.”

You’re looking for a party weekend, group therapy, or a yoga-heavy wellness escape.

You’ve done all the things - therapy, supplements, meditation - but your nervous system still feels braced.

You prefer quick fixes or motivational fluff over somatic, trauma-informed work.

You’re ready to rebuild your resilience: physically, mentally, emotionally, and somatically.

It's probably        for you if...

You’re unwilling to engage in group safety, consent culture, or body-first boundaries.

The Itinerary

Arrival & the Exhale

Arrive in Sisters and let the pace of the world drop away. Check in, unpack, and settle into your private space before the opening workshop that invites you to release the weight you’ve been carrying and remember what it feels like to simply be. Afterwards gather for a chef-prepared dinner as conversation softens and your body starts to unwind.

Friday, September 9

Wake to still water and morning light moving through the pines. After breakfast, we’ll begin our guided Suttle Lake hike, a gentle 3.5-mile trail where somatic cues and breathwork meet movement and silence. After lunch move into our Functional Resilience Workshop. The afternoon is yours to restore: the mobile sauna will be warm, the lake waiting for a cold plunge or dip. Dinner brings everyone back together for good food, grounded laughter, and rest that finally feels real.

Morning begins early as we set out on the Black Sands ATV Tour, a ride through ancient volcanic terrain where adrenaline meets awareness, with a sack lunch provided. In the late afternoon we will gather for breathwork and nervous-system reclamation, a deep release to prepare for the night ahead. As darkness falls, the group gathers for the Firelight Survival Burn™, a symbolic ritual of letting go and releasing the braced self into flame, standing steady in the quiet that follows.

Integration & Return

The final morning begins slow and simple with brunch and then the Ritual of Return™, a guided integration time where you’ll map your new nervous-system rhythm and set small, grounded intentions for re-entry. You'll depart feeling clear, connected, and calm, carrying with you not just rest, but a way of being you can return to anytime.

Every activity is optional. Every meal is designed to support you.

This isn’t restriction, it’s regulation. Nourishment you can feel, prepared by our private chef.

mEET YOUR
SUPPORT TEAM

After 20+ years leading in combat zones, disaster relief, corporate boardrooms, and nonprofit leadership, I know what it’s like to hold it all until your body says “no more.” An Army veteran, military spouse, and stepmom, I created True North Resilience after my own collapse from survival-mode leadership. This work is rooted in evidence-based science, lived leadership, and the Six Pillars of Resilience I now teach. As a certified NEUROFIT practitioner, my role isn’t to fix you, it’s to walk beside you as you unbrace, regulate, and rise.

Meet the Team

My background as a Registered Nurse adds another layer of care to the way I holds space, blending knowledge of the body with deep respect for the heart.

Grounded presence. Trauma-informed space-holder. Deep breath in human form.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins the moment we pause, breathe, and listen within. I discovered breathwork in a season of deep grief and physical pain, when life felt heavy and uncertain, and it became a way to return home to myself - one breath at a time.

As a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator and SUP Yoga Teacher, my experience guiding groups, retreats, and nature-based practices is where my heart lies. Whether leading a breathwork journey on land, floating on the water, or gathering in circle, my intention is always the same - to meet you exactly where you are and walk beside you as you reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

Every menu I create is personalized, whether it’s for weekly family meals, dinner parties, small weddings, or retreat cooking. I focus on fresh, local, and organic ingredients whenever possible, crafting dishes that truly fit each client’s needs.

I also offer in-home catering so you can relax, visit, and enjoy your guests while I handle everything from cooking to clean-up. By the time dessert is served, your kitchen is already sparkling and you’re free to savor the entire experience.
