By accessing pathtotruenorth.com (“Site”) or using any retreat, coaching, program, or service offered by True North Resilience LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.

If you are purchasing a retreat or coaching service, you confirm all information provided is accurate and truthful.

  • SamCart (when used)

We do not store full credit card numbers.

Refund eligibility varies by service:

  • Retreats: Refund policies are posted on each retreat page and checkout form.
  • Coaching: Non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Digital products: Non-refundable once delivered (industry standard).

By purchasing, you agree to the refund terms displayed at checkout.

7. Retreat Participation & Assumption of Risk

By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Participation is voluntary.
  • Activities may involve inherent physical, emotional, or environmental risks.
  • You assume full responsibility for your decisions and participation.
  • You agree to follow all safety instructions.
  • You release True North Resilience LLC and its facilitators from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Additional waivers may be required and will be provided before the retreat.

8. Coaching & Program Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
We do not guarantee specific results.

You acknowledge that:

  • Your progress depends on your own effort.
  • Any testimonials reflect personal experiences and are not promises.

We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodations, or other related expenses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Idaho courts.
