a nervous system reset
in the montana mountains

See Pricing

You’re rafting down a pristine mountain river, spray cool against your cheeks, the wild current carrying you somewhere steadier than control. When evening settles, you’ll soak in natural hot springs, stars overhead, soul warm. Another day, your boots find the rhythm of the trail, pine, wind, and silence moving through you until your breath feels like your own again. You’ll be guided through breathwork that reminds your body what safety feels like. Here, in Montana’s wild quiet, your nervous system does what it was always meant to: Regulate. Reclaim. Re-emerge.

PICTURE THIS:

You're not just tired. You're fried.

High performing. Chronically overstimulated. Emotionally armored. Living off adrenaline and caffeine. You’ve done everything right, but your body’s still sounding the alarm. This isn’t wellness. This is regulation through what your system actually craves:
  • Movement without pressure
  • Rest without guilt
  • Space where you don’t have to explain why you’re exhausted

Why You’re Here

but nowI know how to help!

This      for you if:

You’re a high-capacity woman who’s quietly unraveling under the weight of “holding it
all.”

You’re looking for a party weekend, group therapy, or a yoga-heavy wellness escape.

You’ve done all the things - therapy, supplements, meditation - but your nervous system still feels braced.

You prefer quick fixes or motivational fluff over somatic, trauma-informed work.

You’re ready to rebuild your resilience: physically, mentally, emotionally, and somatically.

It's probably        for you if...

You’re unwilling to engage in group safety, consent culture, or body-first boundaries.

The Itinerary

Arrival + Ground

Ease into the Montana landscape with a slow landing, welcome workshop, and chef-prepared dinner. You’ll be held, not hurried, as your nervous system begins to exhale. Soft co-regulation, gentle orientation, and your first real exhale.

Thursday, June 4

Awaken awareness in your body with fascia release, somatic mapping, and a waterfall hike designed to reconnect you with internal and external safety. End the day with a hot springs soak under the stars and a circle of women who get it.

This is your transformation day. From morning workshop to white water rafting and breathwork you’ll disrupt survival mode and experience true nervous system expansion, joy, and regulation.

Unbrace & Reorient

Friday, June 5

Expand & Reclaim

Saturday, June 6

sunday, June 7

Integrate & Return

The retreat closes with a gentle somatic flow, an embodied return plan, and a closing circle to anchor your transformation. You’ll leave with a blueprint for staying grounded and a nervous system that remembers how.

mEET YOUR
SUPPORT TEAM

After 20+ years leading in combat zones, disaster relief, corporate boardrooms, and nonprofit leadership, I know what it’s like to hold it all until your body says “no more.” An Army veteran, military spouse, and stepmom, I created True North Resilience after my own collapse from survival-mode leadership. This work is rooted in evidence-based science, lived leadership, and the Six Pillars of Resilience I now teach. As a certified NEUROFIT practitioner, my role isn’t to fix you, it’s to walk beside you as you unbrace, regulate, and rise.

Meet the Team

hey, I'm Hanna

Breathwork Facilitator

I’m fueled by self-discovery, personal growth, and holistic well-being. My journey as a lifelong learner has led me to my work in the wellness space, where I’m passionate about making well-being accessible and tangible. I’m committed to offering more than just another self-help book—you know, the ones that get read and put back on the shelf. I want to make this journey real, transformative, and lasting.

Transform your life with the power of your breath and the art of meditation.

Breathwork and meditation are essential parts of my self-care routine. They’re tools I turn to whenever I need to re-center or access my inner guidance. But I’ve come to realize that building a personalized practice—something that works for me every day—is key. For me, that practice can take many forms: long drives, getting lost in the mountains, splashing ice-cold river water on my face, connecting with nature, mindfully sipping coffee, or guided sessions. Whatever the form, each of these practices is a way for me to intentionally connect with myself. The more we practice tuning into our own wisdom, the better we trust ourselves to make aligned decisions that feel true and right for us.
